Conditions for returning and rejecting goods

I (1) A user who has ordered goods from the site has the right to refuse to receive the goods ordered by him, when they have been delivered to him, only in the cases specified in these terms and conditions:

– If the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to those ordered by the USER and this can be established by a simple examination of the goods;

– If the goods or their packaging are damaged during transportation;

– If the price that the USER must pay does not correspond to the one initially offered on the SITE;

– If the announced delivery deadline is not met.

2. Complaints regarding the above points are made only at the time of delivery.

II. Outside the listed cases, the USER has no right to refuse to receive and pay for the goods ordered by him.Otherwise, he is liable to pay the costs incurred for delivery and return of the goods.

III. In cases of refusal to receive the goods, a protocol is drawn up at the time of delivery. If the USER refuses to sign the protocol, it is assumed that his refusal to receive the goods is unfounded and he owes payment of the costs of delivery and return of the goods.

IV. After receiving and paying for the goods, the USER may make a complaint and request its return and a refund of the price paid by him in the following cases:

1. In case of obvious discrepancy between the delivered and the ordered goods, this can be established by a simple examination of the goods.

2. If the product or packaging is damaged.

3. Without specifying a reason for returning the product, if it is in its original form, packaging and quality.

Outside of the listed cases, the applicant has no right to refuse the receipt and payment of the goods ordered by him.

V. Complaints are accepted as follows:

1. Under points (1) and (2) of IV: within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

2. Under point (3) of IV: according to the Consumer Protection Act, Art. 55, the CONSUMER has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to withdraw from purchased goods within 14/ fourteen/ working days, counting from the date of receipt of the goods.

The SELLER will refund the USER the full amount paid by him, no later than 14 /fourteen/ working days from the date on which the user submitted the cancellation by bank transfer or courier, the costs of which are at the expense of the USER.

V. (1) When returning an item for exchange or refund, The USER undertakes to send the following documents along with the item:

a copy of the invoice, with the following fields completed:

– Refund: the product you wish to return, reason for return, IBAN account number;

– Exchange for another product: by specifying the Order Number, Product Name, Price and quantity purchased.

 2. In the absence of any of the above documents, the SELLER reserves the right to refuse a Refund and/or replacement.

3. Return of items is carried out only through a courier company, at the choice and expense of the USER.

4. The transportation costs for returning the purchase are at the expense of the USER.

For an item to be returned, it must be in good merchantable condition:

– the goods have not been used;

– its packaging is preserved;

– the invoice is saved;

VI. If there is a discrepancy between the ordered and delivered goods, which was impossible to establish at the time of delivery, the goods are replaced after the USER's request and an inspection to establish the non-conformity.

VII. In case of a desire by the USER to replace an item purchased from the SITE for a size or other product, it is sent back by courier to the address: Sofia 1408, Ivan Vazov residential district, ul. Kraishte No. 3, at the expense of the USER, only and solely on the condition that the product has not been used, the packaging is preserved. The replaced size of the purchased product/s, respectively, is sent back to the USER to the specified delivery address, at the expense of the SITE.

VIII. When returning an item purchased from the SITE, it is necessary for the USER to adhere to these general terms and conditions IV.
