VPLab Beta Alanine - Beta Alanine

Unlike most amino acids, beta-alanine is not used to synthesize proteins. Instead, when consumed, it binds to the essential amino acid histidine to form carnosine, which is stored in skeletal muscle. Carnosine helps muscles reduce acid levels during exercise, as high levels of acid in the muscles reduce the duration of high-intensity exercise. Carnosine also helps reduce overall fatigue. This is why the amino acid beta-alanine is recommended as a pre-workout supplement, especially for high-intensity, short-duration exercise lasting one to several minutes.

Beta alanine use may cause tingling, which is a harmless side effect.

Method of administration: Take 2 capsules with a little liquid before training.
