L-glutamine as a supplement effectively replenishes its deficiency as a result of intensive strength training. This leads to an increase in protein synthesis, which leads to an increase in muscle mass and strength. L-glutamine significantly accelerates regeneration processes, increases the body's resistance and improves the ability to concentrate and speed of reaction. It plays a key role in preventing fatigue (alleviates symptoms) and overtraining - reduces the level of lactic acid. In addition, the product is enriched with taurine.

Directions for use: Dissolve 1 dose – 5g in 300ml of water or juice and take on training days 1 dose in the morning after waking up and 1 dose after training. On non-training days – 1 dose in the morning after waking up and 1 dose before going to bed.
