EAA Pro Instant is a dietary supplement containing the so-called EAA amino acids (essential amino acids), which were considered vital. These include histidine, isoleucine, leucine, valine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and additionally arginine. SFD EAA Pro in the Inastant version provides even better solubility, which directly translates into your convenience and allows you to enjoy its full functionality even more easily.
Amino acids are compounds that are the building blocks of all proteins in the body. There are protein amino acids (building proteins in organisms – 20) and non-protein amino acids (having functions other than building blocks, there are over 300 of them). The properties and applications of amino acids are so broad that it would be impossible to list each one separately. This is only confirmed by the fact that they are key chemicals for human health and functioning. Instead, let's introduce their groups and how they are supplied.
We can distinguish four groups of amino acids:
Endogenous amino acids – those that we can produce ourselves in our bodies. These include: alanine, glycine, asparagine, aspartic acid, glutamine, glutamic acid, proline, and serine.
Exogenous amino acids – unfortunately, our body cannot produce them on its own and we must provide them with food or supplements. They include: lysine, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, valine, threonine, phenylalanine, tryptophan. The 3 amino acids contained in this group (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are the ingredients of a very popular product, which is BCAA.
Relatively endogenous amino acids – are formed in the body from exogenous amino acids, they are: tyrosine, cysteine, produced by the human body from other amino acids. For example, tyrosine does not need to be supplied to the body with food if it contains enough phenylalanine, from which it is produced.
Relatively exogenous amino acids – produced in quantities sufficient for an adult, but too little for a developing organism: histidine, arginine. Eating foods poor in essential amino acids can lead to diseases.
