Myprotein HMB tabs

HMB is an amino acid that is produced by the breakdown of leucine, a part of normal protein. HMB can also be found in foods such as alfalfa and is a natural component of breast milk. HMB was discovered in the 1950s and has been studied for several decades, but it did not become a sports supplement until 1995. HMB has been shown to slow the breakdown of muscle tissue and, on the other hand, to help build lean muscle mass. Studies have shown that HMB lowers cholesterol and helps strengthen the immune system.

Method of use:
