KFD Premium X-Whey is a blend of instant whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and hydrolyzed whey protein. The instantization process of the powder improves solubility and you can be sure that your protein shake will not have lumps of undissolved protein floating in it or foam forming on the surface.
