Jarrow Formulas® MK-7 is produced naturally by fermentation by Bacillus subtilis subsp. natto and is absorbed much better than K1 found in spinach. MK-7 is a longer-acting form of vitamin K compared to K1 and MK-4 and better supports the carboxylation of specific proteins necessary for building bones and maintaining cardiovascular health.
