Supplementing your daily regimen with DIM can significantly shift the production of estrogen metabolites, such as the dangerous 16-hydroxy, in favor of the beneficial 2-hydroxy metabolite. DIM supports estrogen balance by increasing beneficial 2-hydroxy estrogens and decreasing undesirable 16-hydroxy. DIM has been shown to preferentially produce estrogen metabolites that are associated with breast, endometrial, and cervical tissue health.
