Applied Nutrition Critical Whey – Whey protein is developed using a unique combination of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein. Whey protein concentrate is produced using ultra-filtration technology, containing high levels of protein and branched chain amino acids (BCAA).

Whey protein isolate is the highest quality protein and is produced by cross-flow microfiltration. Hydrolyzed whey protein is a pre-digested protein that has been enzymatically broken down into peptides to support a healthy diet and lifestyle.
