Carb X is a blend of mostly highly branched cyclic dextrins. It is a carbohydrate that is able to provide the body with the necessary energy before, during or after a hard workout, even without sugar. However, this is not just a carbohydrate blend. Among the ingredients you will also find 50 mg of AstraGin®, which is a natural compound used to improve nutrient absorption and maintain intestinal health.

Carb-X™ highly branched cyclic dextrin carbohydrates (Cluster Dextrin®) are highly soluble and provide a quick source of energy. Carb-X can be used in conjunction with Applied Nutrition’s BCAA and EAA formulas. Another perfect product to take with Carb-X is Applied Nutrition’s i-Drive™.

Carb-X is ideal for before, during and after training.

Method of use: Mix 1 scoop (25 g) with 500 ml of water in an Applied Nutrition shaker or jug and consume.
