ALLNUTRITION CRE7 is an advanced blend of seven forms of creatine, enriched with taurine, citrulline and magnesium. A 6g serving of the product contains 2800.5mg of creatine, 333mg of citrulline and 500mg of taurine.

The supplement is called a creatine matrix, i.e. a complex of several forms of creatine. The main role of creatine is to “recreate” ATP, which is an intracellular energy carrier. This substance also increases the hydration of muscle cells and participates in the storage of glycogen. Creatine orotate – is a combination of creatine with orotic acid, characterized by very good solubility.

Creatine alpha-ketoglutarate - is a combination of a creatine molecule with alpha-ketoglutarate, this form is also recommended for people with stomach problems, it is well absorbed in the intestines.
