BCAA 2:1:1 is the foundation of every training person. The combination of leucine, isoleucine and valine in a ratio of 2:1:1 is the key to effective regeneration after training, reducing catabolism during training and building lean muscle mass. BCAA 2:1:1 should be used both during reduction and during mass building. The 2:1:1 amino acid ratio is optimal for our body and ensures the best use of both the anabolic and anti-catabolic potential of branched-chain amino acid supplements.

BCAAs – what are they?

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are among the most popular supplements used by physically active people. This is due to the fact that both everyday practice and scientific research results confirm their beneficial effect on the generally understood form of sports. BCAAs include: leucine, isoleucine and valine, which also belong to the group of essential amino acids called exogenous, i.e. those that must be supplied with food or in the form of a supplement, since the body is not able to synthesize them on its own. BCAAs, unlike other protein-building amino acids, are distinguished by the fact that they are not metabolized in the liver, but mainly in muscle tissue.

Leucine – is considered one of the most important amino acids for the athlete’s body. Leucine has a positive effect on the process of reducing body fat, contributing to the improvement of body composition. This amino acid is universally applicable in all sports, regardless of the level of progress. Without the right amount of this amino acid, the process of muscle protein synthesis is much slower.

Valine – protects muscle cells from catabolism and then increases the pace of recovery processes. Valine also affects the level and connection of neurotransmitters that delay fatigue during training. Valine protects the liver (hepatoprotective effect).

Isoleucine – participates in the process of protein synthesis, is responsible for inhibiting catabolic reactions and stimulates regenerative processes in our body. Isoleucine can mediate the transformation of glucose into natural energy and regulate blood sugar levels. This amino acid supports the regeneration of tissues and muscle fibers.

Directions: Dissolve 1 serving (10g) in water or juice and take 1-2 servings daily. On training days: one serving before training and one serving after training. On non-training days: one serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
