Art. 1. These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between "NEW MAX TRADING" OOD, EIK 205493816 and customers, hereinafter referred to as users/users, of the corporate website www.lifemax.bg, hereinafter referred to as "website".

III. WEBSITE FEATURES

Art. 3. The website is available at the Internet address www.lifemax.bg, through which Users have the opportunity to inform themselves about the goods/services offered by the website, including the following:

1. To perform lawful actions for viewing the website and using the services to provide information;

2. To make electronic statements in connection with the conclusion or execution of contracts with the website through the interface of the website page or through external services of third parties available on the Internet;

3. To enter into contracts for the purchase and sale and delivery of the goods/services offered by the website;

4. To receive information about new goods/services offered by the website;

5. To review the goods/services, their characteristics and prices;

6. To be notified of the rights arising from the law primarily through the interface of the website page on the Internet;

Art. 4. www.lifemax.bg informs about the goods/services and guarantees the rights of the Users provided for in the law, within the framework of good faith, accepted in practice, consumer or commercial law criteria and conditions.

Art. 5. (1) Users conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of the goods/services offered by the website by contacting the employees of www.lifemax.bg

(2) By virtue of the contract concluded with the Users for the purchase and sale of goods/services, www.lifemax.bg undertakes to transfer the ownership of the User to the goods specified by him and to provide the services specified by him.

(3) Users shall pay the Supplier remuneration for the delivered goods/services in accordance with the conditions set on the site and these general terms and conditions. The remuneration is equal to the price announced by the Supplier.

Art. 6. (1) The user and www.lifemax.bg agree that all statements between them in connection with the conclusion and execution of the sales contract can be made electronically and through electronic statements within the meaning of the Electronic Document Act and the electronic signature and Art. 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act.

IV. Website usage

Art. 7. 

(1) By pressing the button to confirm the general conditions, the personal data policy and the cookie policy of www.lifemax.bg, the User declares that he is familiar with these general conditions, the personal data policy and the cookie policy, he agrees with their content and undertakes to abide by them unconditionally.

V. Special Obligations. Consumer protection.

Art. 8. The rules of this section VI of these general terms and conditions apply to Users who, according to the data specified for the conclusion of the sales contract or when registering on the website, it can be concluded that they are users within the meaning of the Law on consumer protection, the Electronic Commerce Act and/or Directive 2011/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011.

Art. 9. (1) The main characteristics of the goods/services offered by www.lifemax.bg are defined in the profile of each good/service on the website.

(2) The price of the goods/services including all taxes is determined by www.lifemax.bg in the profile of each good/service on the website site.

(3) Users agree that all information required by the Consumer Protection Act can be provided through the platform interface on the website or by e-mail.

Art. 10. (1) www.lifemax.bg provides the goods/services to the user after verifying the fulfillment of the requirements for providing information to the user according to the Consumer Protection Act.

(2) The user and www.lifemax.bg agree that the requirements under para. 1 will be complied with if the authentication is performed by a person who, according to the circumstances, can be inferred to pass on the information to the user - a party to the contract.

VI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Art. 11. (1) www.lifemax.bg takes measures to protect the User's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

(2) For reasons of security of the Users' personal data, www.lifemax.bg will send the data only to the e-mail address specified by the Users.

(3) www.lifemax.bg adopts and announces on its website a Policy for the protection of personal data.

(4) Users agree that www.lifemax.bg has the right to process their personal data necessary for the performance of the contract.

Art. 12. At any moment, www.lifemax.bg has the right to require the User to identify himself and to certify the authenticity of the actions he has performed within the site.

Art. 13. By accepting these Terms, USERS who have registered a username, ID and password expressly agree that the PERSONAL DATA provided by them will be processed electronically - in the event of a requested delivery of a product or service and in the event of the need for assistance from an employee of www.lifemax .bg. All DATA voluntarily provided by the USER and other DATA that identifies him in the process of using the SERVICES are stored, processed and used by www.lifemax.bg only for the purposes and functionality of the SERVICE.
www.lifemax.bg expressly informs the USER that there are no persons who can receive the USER'S PERSONAL DATA without the USER's consent. Personal correspondence of users is strictly confidential and will not be disturbed, changed or read without the express consent and/or direction of the user.

VI. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER WHEN REGISTERING Given the use of the SERVICES of the site, USER agrees:

Art. 14. To provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself when filling out the registration form (hereafter collectively referred to as PERSONAL DATA);
Art. 15. If necessary, make changes to this PERSONAL DATA with a view to their fidelity, accuracy, relevance and completeness.

Art. 16 In the event that the USER provides false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, www.lifemax.bg has the right to close and/or delete the information on/about his postal address and deny him further access to a part or to all its SERVICES.

VII. ACCESS, USERNAME AND PASSWORD, SECURITY.

Art. 17. The USER receives the desired USERNAME and PASSWORD and access to all SERVICES of www.lifemax.bg after completing the registration process.
The USER agrees to immediately notify WWW.MAXLIFE.BG of any unauthorized use of his USERNAME and PASSWORD or any other breach of security; to terminate access to the SERVICES (log off) at the end of each session (after using them).

www.lifemax.bg is not responsible for any damages and losses incurred due to non-compliance with the provisions of these points.

VIII. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

Art. 18. The ordered goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer or to the courier's office. The customer assumes the obligation to provide access and the opportunity to receive the goods.

Art. 19. If the applicant does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address, the site is released from responsibility for the failed delivery.
Art. 20. Transport costs, unless expressly stated otherwise, are paid by the customer upon receipt of the delivery, at the same time as the price of the goods.
Art. 21. All product prices are in Bulgarian leva with VAT included and do not include the cost of delivery. The trader reserves the right to unilaterally change the indicated prices, and the changes take effect from the moment they are announced on the site, but do not affect requests already made.
Art. 22. When placing an order, the customer must specify an exact address and phone number where it is possible to contact him during the delivery period.
Art. 23. Specifying an incorrect address and/or telephone number makes the order invalid and does not bind the site to the obligation to fulfill the delivery.
Art. 24. After initiating an order, the customer receives a confirmation email.
Art. 25. During the processing of the order from the site, a check is carried out on the specified phone for the reliability of the specified information, address and correctness of the request.
Art. 26. The goods ordered by the customer are delivered within 1 to 3 working days to the address indicated by the customer, provided that the order is confirmed by the customer and the delivery address is accurate and valid. The site reserves the right to extend the specified deadlines by up to 7 days in the event of force majeure circumstances preventing compliance with the officially announced deadline.
Art. 27. The buyer has the right to refuse to receive the requested goods under the following conditions:
• In the event of a clear discrepancy between the delivered and requested goods, this can also be established by a simple inspection of the goods.
• If the product or packaging is damaged.
Outside of the listed cases, the applicant has no right to refuse the receipt and payment of the goods ordered by him.

IX. AMENDMENT AND ACCESS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Art. 28. These general conditions may be amended at any time by www.lifemax.bg.  

Art. 29. www.lifemax.bg publishes these general conditions on the site together with all additions and amendments to them.
