GENERAL TERMS
Article 1. The ordered goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer or to the courier's office. The customer assumes the obligation to provide access and the opportunity to receive the goods.
Art. 2. If the applicant does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address, the site is released from responsibility for the failed delivery.
Art. 3. Transport costs, unless expressly stated otherwise, are paid by the customer upon receipt of the delivery, at the same time as the price of the goods.
Art. 4. All product prices are in Bulgarian leva with VAT included and do not include the cost of delivery. The merchant reserves the right to unilaterally change the indicated prices, and the changes come into effect from the moment they are announced on the site, but do not affect requests already made.
Art. 5. When placing an order, the customer must specify an exact address and phone number where it is possible to contact him during the delivery period.
Art. 6. Specifying an incorrect address and/or phone number makes the order invalid and does not bind the site to the obligation to fulfill the delivery.
Art. 7. After initiating an order, the customer receives a confirmation email.
Art. 8. During the processing of the order from the site, a check is carried out on the specified phone for the reliability of the specified information, address and correctness of the request.
Art. 9. The goods ordered by the customer are delivered within 1 to 3 working days to the address indicated by the customer, provided that the order is confirmed by the customer and the delivery address is correct and valid. The site reserves the right to extend the specified deadlines by up to 7 days in the event of force majeure circumstances preventing compliance with the officially announced deadline.
Art. 10. The buyer has the right to refuse to receive the requested goods under the following conditions:
• In the event of a clear discrepancy between the delivered and requested goods, this can also be established by a simple inspection of the goods.
• If the product or packaging is damaged.
Outside of the listed cases, the applicant has no right to refuse the receipt and payment of the goods ordered by him.
