It is commonly understood that effective hydration levels support optimal performance and muscle function during strenuous exercise, in hot environments, or in activities that are performed for extended periods of time. However, water alone is not enough to maintain this complex system of optimal hydration and electrolyte balance, and our hassle-free solution quickly dissolves in water to provide a functional hydration solution.

If fluid and electrolyte losses are not replaced during and after activity, dehydration sets in. This electrolyte imbalance, combined with fluid loss, causes detrimental physiological effects that affect performance and your ability to recover adequately – increased core temperature, decreased nutrient absorption, increased heart rate, increased carbohydrate depletion, and increased muscle wasting along with a sharp decline in performance are typical side effects that can be avoided.
