Dibencozide Magnum 5-deoxy-5-adenosylcobalamin – a drug with a strong anabolic effect. The drug is used in the phase of building mass and developing muscle strength. The effect usually begins after a few days of use. A non-steroidal metabolic factor that acts as a biostimulator in the process of protein synthesis in ribosomes. It participates in the synthesis of methionine from homocysteine and in the synthesis of thymidine. It occurs as a hydrogen atom transfer agent in nucleic acid synthesis reactions and in transmethylation reactions. Dibencozide Magnum is not detected in the blood plasma after 10 hours from the moment of administration. In people susceptible to the drug, the body is stimulated, which gives the effect of accelerating the development of muscle tissue with improving its strength parameters. The measure is also indicated for people who do not train regularly and only want to improve their figure in a short time. Dibencozide Magnum causes an increase in appetite in underweight people. HA Barker's research group published information on the isolation of "Coenzyme B12" from bacteria. This orange substance turned out to be very sensitive to light and decomposed under its influence, forming aquacobalamin. The structure of coenzyme B12 was determined in 1961 based on the results of X-ray analysis.
It was also found that the adenosyl group of coenzyme B12 is attached to the cobalt atom through the C-5′-deoxyribose carbon atom. This substance was named adenosylcobalamin (AdoCbl). The nature of the bond (Co-C) explains the sensitivity of adenosylcobalamin (AdoCbl) to light and explains why the first attempts to isolate it from natural products did not yield coenzyme B12, but vitamin B12 itself.
Initially, adenosine cobalamin was used in pharmacy, for exhaustion after procedures or diseases, for malnutrition, growth retardation, vitamin B12 deficiency and pernicious anemia. In neurology, for the treatment of radicular pain syndromes, sciatic nerve inflammation, neuropathy and neuralgia. Later, due to its anabolic effect, it began to be used in sports supplementation, especially in strength disciplines. The effect of dibencozide was tested in practice in Poland in 2001 at the Protogen-Medicum Center. Biological functions and mechanism of action: Adenosine cobalamin is one of the few substances used in bodybuilding supplements, the action of which is described in detail in pharmaceutical sources. According to the lexicon "Drugs of Modern Therapy" adenosine cobalamin "has an anabolic and analgesic effect, increases appetite and causes weight gain." Specific biochemical reactions involving cobalamin coenzymes can be divided into two groups, one of which is that which requires the presence of 5'-adenosylcobalamin (AdoCbl-dibencoside). The conversion of the appropriate cobalamin (e.g., cyanocobalamin) to the coenzyme form is an enzymatic process and occurs with the participation of coenzyme B12 synthetase. The attachment of the 5'-deoxyadenosyl moiety to the cobalt atom of cobalamin is preceded by reduction, as a result of which the cobalt becomes monovalent (Co1+). ATP is the donor of deoxyadenosine. This reaction occurs in the presence of a diol or dithiol and reduced flavin or reduced ferredoxin.
Method of use: Take 1 capsule per day. With intensive exercise, the dose can be increased to 3 capsules per day. Take the agent 30-60 minutes before training, in the morning on an empty stomach or before bedtime.
