It belongs to the group of short-chain fatty acids, which are the main source of energy for colonocytes, i.e. intestinal epithelial cells.

Two tablets, constituting a daily dose, provide a dose of 480mg of butyric acid with anti-inflammatory properties and supporting the functioning of the digestive system.

The role of butyric acid

The main effect of butyric acid is based on its anti-inflammatory effect, which is due to its ability to inhibit the secretion of inflammatory mediators in the intestinal mucosa. In addition, butyric acid is the main energy substance for the cells of the colon (colonocytes), nourishing them and ensuring their proper functioning. It also reduces the risk of intestinal barrier leakage, which reduces allergies and inflammation.

Method of use: Take a portion of the product (2 tablets) once a day, during or after meals, with water.
