Allnutrition CRE4 – Creatine Matrix + Beta Alanine

ALLNUTRITION CRE4 is an advanced blend of four forms of creatine, enriched with taurine and beta alanine. A 6g serving of the product contains 3368mg of creatine, 800mg of beta alanine and 500mg of taurine.

The supplement is called a creatine matrix, i.e. a complex of several forms of creatine. The main role of creatine is to “recreate” ATP, which is an intracellular energy carrier. This substance also increases the hydration of muscle cells and participates in the storage of glycogen. This is expressed in improving exercise capacity, enhancing regenerative processes and increasing muscle mass.

Creatine citrate – a combination of creatine and citric acid, it is a very well-absorbed form of creatine.

Creatine hydrochloride - is a combination of creatine with hydrochloride, a recommended form for people with stomach problems, dissolves well in an acidic environment.

In addition, the product contains:

Taurine – an amino acid that aids muscle regeneration after training, has an anti-catabolic effect.

Beta-alanine – also belonging to the group of amino acids, which affects regeneration, reduces the feeling of physical fatigue and has an anti-catabolic effect.

Directions for use: Dissolve a portion of the product of 6.5g (1 measuring spoon) in 200ml of water or juice.
